background image work for pages with PDF page break
We have templates with background images. Where there is a lot of text, and a PDF page break is added, we would want a Page Properties on Settings to allow the background image to be carried across to other pages. Currently it automatically expands itself, thus breaking continuity.

Toggle to add/remove permission to print document before sending through PandaDoc
most of our users prefer to create their documents, then download them and/or print them out instead of sending them out through PandaDoc or presenting them digitally in person. The problem there is that, even with an approval rule in place, it appears that users can still just create their document and download it, which would allow them to completely circumvent the approval process. That’s obviously a huge liability for us, which is why we’ve not made this particular service template available to anybody outside of our master workspace (which only very specific people can currently access). Thank you for taking the time to leave your request. We have great news – the option you are looking for already exists. You can create a custom role and disable the permission for a user to download their own documents.

Give an option whether to show or hide the left hand document sidebar
The way we are set up, I have to change the source document for every document I send. When bundling came in, this added an extra click even though we don't bundle docs.
With the most recent change, I now have to click on the "show documents" button EVERY SINGLE TIME I need to send a document for signing. They used to show by default. I contacted support and was told this was changed to "enhance the application". When I asked HOW it enhanced the application, I was told it was to "make it look more user-friendly". It might look…

Annotated images
It is sometimes important to be able to highlight specific elements within a single image. The ability to add a pointer (numbered), that corresponds with a list that details each numbered pointer would be very valuable.
The attached image would demonstrate a method of doing this.

Variables to be filled in with Capital letters by default
Hello,
So we have Pandadoc integrated to our CRM (Hubspot). We use it mainly to auto fill bank forms for our clients.
However, a common thing that is happening is banks would require all the forms to filled with capital letters only, else they're rejected.
Can you please look into this, as this could be a deal breaker for many scenarios.1 vote
