  8. Smart folders would be more useful (or at least equally as useful) as the "move to folder" automation. Smart folders could automatically sort documents into folders by status. They could also sort documents by tags. Ideally, the document library would be able to be viewed in multiple manners, similarly to the way Gmail uses tags or Outlook uses smart folders. You click on a smart folder, and all of the items that meet the criteria of the smart folder appear, even though the items are not physically located in the smart folder. In the "My documents" section, you can see the creation date on the list, but if you use the search feature, it only shows you the "modified date" and doesn't give you the option to see the created date. i wouldn't mind a whole separate option for it or still being able to change the modified date column to the created date column. Sometimes we are looking for patterns with templates failing or getting stuck in draft from our API and it's more helpful to see the created date then it is the modified date.

    Overview:

    Our current tagging system serves as a foundation for organizing content within our platform. However, to further streamline content management and ensure consistency across various elements such as templates, documents, and content library items, we propose an enhanced tagging system. This system would facilitate the seamless flow of tags from content library items to templates and subsequently to documents, promoting efficient updates and maintenance processes.

  13. Would like a report of how many documents are created in PD and linked back to SFDC. Additionally, would like to be able to drill into the data.
    ex. if the number is "2", would like to click on the 2 created and see who created the document, where they linked back to sfdc, and which documents/opportunities they are. (drilldown data)

  16. There should be the ability to multi select fields, initials for example, and paste individually to each page or apply to all pages.

    Manually adding multiple initials to documents that are 30-50 pages is very time consuming.

    Docusign allows you to select multiple fields then paste to location on each page - why can't you do that?
