  1. Be able to run a report that shows the median Total Time Spent by Template. right now we just have "sent to completed" which could be days, but we want to get a closer number about "how long did it take for them to fill out this bundle". It seems like the "Total Time Spent" analytics on a particular document is on an individual document level, but not reflected in the Reporting section

  9. Ability to not have the status change from viewed to Sent when people that are CC'ed open and view the document. Have the document change status from Sent to Viewed only when the Signer has opened and viewed the document.

  13. We are trying to review the comments and suggestions on a completed document in order to improve our templates and processes. We can see the history of comments, but they are separate from the document so we don't know where those comments were made. I know we can restore previous versions of a document, but we don't want to create a duplicate for every document when reviewing. Is there any way to see the history of comments/suggestions after a document is completed?

  14. It would be very helpful to be able to generate list of related records from Salesforce. For example: from the account page, generate a list of opportunities related to that account (with the ability to filter by criteria).

  19. Once documents are completed, they are moved into folders created in PandaDoc. But when I choose completed document status, ALL of them are visible there again whether they were 'filed' or not. I want them to stay in their folders and not have to look at them anymore in any list of documents.

  20. API document by status - drilldown to identify the document for follow up
    API document analytics
    Report to be auto- emailed as a flag (set time to email the report - daily, weekly, monthly)
    example: how many documents are opened but not complete
    example: data on time it's been open and not signed/completed.
    have drilldown into the document to follow up with the recipient to move the document to complete
