  1. Would like a report of how many documents are created in PD and linked back to SFDC. Additionally, would like to be able to drill into the data.
    ex. if the number is "2", would like to click on the 2 created and see who created the document, where they linked back to sfdc, and which documents/opportunities they are. (drilldown data)

  2. When trying to download reports or make a custom report, it is very troublesome when you try to filter and have to click each individual select button so that the contract can be input into that report - my solution is if you can add a "Select all" feature? Similar to the select all feature when on the document home page - it allows you to search up a keyword and bulk select . This will be very useful. Thank you again! Screenshot inserted below.

  7. Ability to expand sorting to different combination of documents. For example, if there is sequence number and a document title name. Currently they are split up with first all the sequence number type docs and then it will list out the documents without sequence from (A-Z) or Z-A format. Please expand this to combine both if possible

  11. It would be helpful to either have a link generated within a completed document's PDF to the file uploaded via the Collect Files field in a document/form, or to have the option to include it as an attachment on the email which is sent out when a document/form is completed. Currently the uploaded file can only be accessed via the PandaDoc UI.

  13. There should be the ability to multi select fields, initials for example, and paste individually to each page or apply to all pages.

    Manually adding multiple initials to documents that are 30-50 pages is very time consuming.

    Docusign allows you to select multiple fields then paste to location on each page - why can't you do that?

  16. Smart folders would be more useful (or at least equally as useful) as the "move to folder" automation. Smart folders could automatically sort documents into folders by status. They could also sort documents by tags. Ideally, the document library would be able to be viewed in multiple manners, similarly to the way Gmail uses tags or Outlook uses smart folders. You click on a smart folder, and all of the items that meet the criteria of the smart folder appear, even though the items are not physically located in the smart folder. In the "My documents" section, you can see the creation date on the list, but if you use the search feature, it only shows you the "modified date" and doesn't give you the option to see the created date. i wouldn't mind a whole separate option for it or still being able to change the modified date column to the created date column. Sometimes we are looking for patterns with templates failing or getting stuck in draft from our API and it's more helpful to see the created date then it is the modified date.
