Completed documents in folders should remain hidden
Once documents are completed, they are moved into folders created in PandaDoc. But when I choose completed document status, ALL of them are visible there again whether they were 'filed' or not. I want them to stay in their folders and not have to look at them anymore in any list of documents.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your request. There’s no way to do that at the moment, but the good news is that we have already started working on that feature, and it will be available in one of our upcoming releases. We will be communicating it through our product newsletter and via an alert inside PandaDoc.
Please note that a solution is available at the moment (for new documents) if you create a new custom data field for the document value. More about it here.
We're currently working on the mechanism that maps the existing Document Value to the new Data fields so that legacy document values will appear in this type of search too. Stay tuned!

Report showing failed documents by workspace and user
For a report to be available in the dashboard showing below

Option to send an SMS (text) reminder if a recipient's phone number has been changed. For example, if the reminder failed to send because the phone number was entered incorrectly, you need to wait 24 hours to change the phone number and send the reminder again, even if the first reminder didn't go through.

Disable the send button on the document level
Option disable the "Send" button on documents created from certain templates. The flow is the following:
When a representative creates a document from a template and the approval flow is disabled, they should not be able to send the document immediately. Instead, the document can only be sent via an API call after it has been approved by the external approval flow.1 vote
