  1. Could there be an option to attach documents in private, such as how commenting works?

    Sometimes with our contracts we would like to send supporting documents to internal stakeholders with private information to be shared with them in order to approve the document or complete their part in the signing order.

    Currently we can't do this. If supporting documets need to be attached, they can be viewed by all recipients, including external stakeholders who should not be able to view.

    When we send a document through PandaDoc we have to manually send an additional email with the supporting documentation.

  2. When manually updating a document status and adding a note to why it was closed, it would be nice to have the note somewhere on the document. Right now nothing shows up on the document when it is closed out and a pdf sent to both myself and the customer. Not having the reasoning why this was closed out and a signature not collected make me have to go back into PandaDoc to track this down. It would be nice to have it more visible right from the dashboard and/or directly on the document in lieu of the signature certificate…

  3. The ability for reports to show user data/internal rate, for example:
    - First response time - time to respond/open a quote once it has been submitted for approval
    - Number of edits - number of edits required on documents before approval
    - Time to approve quote from submission to approval - see how long the quote approval process is

  6. When placing blocks side by side, resizing them is difficult because the dragger used to adjust the block sizes is too small, making it hard to grab and manipulate.

  7. Have document status as a standard filter when reporting on "Data" fields in document repository. We did not setup a field for document status, assuming this would be a filter, we added all the fields and data to each document, when pulling reporting, draft and cancelled documents are pulling in without a way to exclude these.

  11. Set up conditional signers based on radio button selection. If a recipient selects an option in the radio button (for example, region), the document should go to a specific signer.

  14. Right now the client sees all three documents in a row underneath each other. I want them to just have to click on the document on the left panel and only see the pages of the one they click on, instead of all offers underneath each other.

  15. The ability to click and change the document name page label which is located next to a document page is available only for bundles (single document name can be change only via changing document title).

    The feature request is to make document name label clickable/editable for single documents as well.

  16. Metrics and Reporting: API: document performance (efficiency) with sandbox and live separated
    At the moment, sandbox and live metrics are combined. Would like the sandbox not to affect the true API performance and to include time to close, sent to completed, and other metrics presented.

    Hi. We aren’t planning on building this into our feature set at this point in time since it doesn’t fit into our current product roadmap. Please keep upvoting this idea so we can keep considering it every time we work on our roadmap.

  19. A feature that automatically recognizes and transfers data from one document into another template/document. For example, applicants regularly send us their CVs, then we have to rewrite them to our template so that they all look the same and remove the personal data.
