18. When adding variable based smart content, be able to edit the content block in the document to add conditional fields.

    When pulling in CLI using conditional smart content, cannot add conditional fields to the block. While ideally, would like to have conditional fields available in CLI, being able to add it to the content after pulling in via smart content would also be helpful.
