Dropdown Field w/Fill-In option
It would be great if Dropdown Fields could have a "enter-yourr-own-value" option. Like this:
Favorite Color
- blue
- green
- yellow
- red
- ENTER-YOUR-OWN-VALUE -... so someone could fill in "chartreuse" or whatever their choice is, if it's not included in the suggested options.

Tab through variables before sending them out to the recipient
We need to tab through variables quickly
Before sending out the document to a client, we need to complete the variables and then send them out. It would be helpful to our workflow to be able to tab through quickly.5 votes -
Update role variables
For example, the user has created the document from the template and filled in the role variables Client.Country, Client.Surname, etc. After that, the client's country or curname has changed (the documents hasn't been sent yet). The feature request is to be able to pull the updated values from contact records to role variables (synchronize them, the same way like "Import from CRM" button works now)

Ability to edit drop down options in a template
You should have the ability to edit existing text in a drop down menu options of a template. I duplicated a template and have basic edits on dates/information but the bulk of the text will be remaining the same. The current capabilities allow me to add or remove new options but if I want to edit the text of an existing option, I need to retype out the entire text. This seems like a simple fix and would greatly improve the efficiency of creating templates with minor variable differences.

Edit the dimensions of insertable fields
It would help a lot to be able to adjust the size of fields to specific dimensions. Ability to edit size of a field by inches, millimeters, or pixels would contribute to a much cleaner looking document
