  1. It would be very helpful for integration with otther platforms if the document updated workflow would fire when a document is renamed in PandaDoc. We generate docs from templates, and the initial doc create events are populating the entries in our CRM, but the names are mostly out of date.

  2. From the documents list or even the viewed the ability to decline the document for the client. Sometimes they phone or email us directly back, not declining in Pandadoc. So they are getting reminders and our statistics are wrong.
    Why is it only the client can decline?

    Hi. We aren’t planning on building this into our feature set at this point in time since it doesn’t fit into our current product roadmap. Please keep upvoting this idea so we can keep considering it every time we work on our roadmap.

So we are currently able to update the Salesforce Opportunity Stage when the status of related PandaDoc Document is changed (i.e. PandaDoc Document Completed = Opportunity Stage Closed Won) but we would like the ability to do the opposite. The use case here is we would like to mark all outstanding "sent" documents as 'Declined' when we move the related Salesforce Opportunity as Closed Lost. This will ensure there are no outstanding documents "hanging out" that are related to dead sales opportunities.

  14. Bulk Send - Add setting to disable completion notification emails. Currently, you can turn off notifications, but its all notifications. I would like to turn them off for bulk send only and continue to receive them for non-bulk send documents.

  20. It would be helpful for us to have customization for the "Reasons for Declining" a document. We are mostly using PandaDoc internally for approvals and the standard reasons do not apply for us, making it confusing for our approvers on which selection to make.
