When users outside of Admin/Owner are creating documents allow a way for the admin to require users to upload specific details and information.

Update PandaDoc Document Status based on Salesforce Opportunity Stage
So we are currently able to update the Salesforce Opportunity Stage when the status of related PandaDoc Document is changed (i.e. PandaDoc Document Completed = Opportunity Stage Closed Won) but we would like the ability to do the opposite. The use case here is we would like to mark all outstanding "sent" documents as 'Declined' when we move the related Salesforce Opportunity as Closed Lost. This will ensure there are no outstanding documents "hanging out" that are related to dead sales opportunities.

Selective notification options for different documents... It would be great if there was a way to turn off notifications for just one type of document. For example, I would like to receive notifications for individual documents that I create, but not for every single form response that I get...

Add Collaborators on Templates like documents
We are building a large number of templates. It seems crazy that we don't have collaboration tools for them like we do for documents. I need the same tools available in both places, don't you?!

Add an attached file to saved messages
Be able to attach a PDF to a saved message, so that you can send it with every document.

Send as PDF with link to PandaDoc
Send a PDF first and embed the accompanying link inside the pdf. That way they click a PDF and, once in, they can click to sign or click for details.

Restrict editing of blocks when Suggest Edits is turned on
When a block has Restrict Editing turned on in a document, that rule should apply to all document signers, and collaborators by default even when Suggest Edits is turned on. Currently a recipient can redline a block with Restrict Editing on which pretty much defeats the purpose.
Please make an option to allow the editing of restricted blocks when Suggest Edits is turned on.

Include all users in the Leaderboard
Have a setting to show all users in the Creator based Leaderboard within Reporting function. Currently only users that have created documents/templates are listed and we would like to be able to access the data for those in the workspace that may not have created documents as well.

Customize who receives email notifications
As of right now, email notifications (viewed, completed, failed) are sent to whoever sends the document. This feature would allow for that to be customized- allowing for different individuals to receive these emails.

Granular Notification Settings for Forms initiators and workflow receipients
Currently, for a user completing a form, they will automatically receive 2 email notifications: 1 for that they've completed the form (but the language is confusing) and 1 when the form is complete. These messages are confusing to an end user who has the experience of completing a form and does not expect any further action.
Could notifications be turned on or off in by User? Where the roles are defined, could there be an additional choice to have them select email notifications when 1. Their part is complete 2. When the document is completed by all?
