This is absolutely vital. We don't want for guest invitations to be possible at all, and the recommendation posited by the support bot of "Educating your team about not inviting external users without authorization." is not an appropriate governance control.
It's crucial for there to exist a means to prevent non-admin users (Member, or with finer control) from inviting members into our user list. For us, this triggers access review controls which should not occur, period.
Upset that we ticked all the "don't allow users" boxes and this can still occur.

Rather than isolating it just to Admin role -- - we need an additional permission checkbox so we can customize it based on Role as needed.

As per the client " Is there a way to disable the ability for user to invite collaborators?"

"Is it possible to turn off the external collaborators function for our users? We really don't want our users having the permission to send out invites for guest collaborators." - michael@procurify.com
