Making the first and last names required in Contacts
The client would like to make the first and last names required when creating or adding new contacts, as the only currently required field is the Email Address. This change would help avoid displaying the email address in signatures instead of names.

Easier access to numbering (sequence)
Hello, I would like to suggest moving the document numbering (sequencing) to enable easier access to the feature.
Now, I have to go:
- Document info
- Settings
- Document sequence
- Click on dropdown
- Choose a sequence
- Click apply
We adopted sequencing as contracts numbering, so it goes through 99% of our documents, and it's way too many steps to take for such a repetitive feature.
IMHO, it can be moved and added:
(i) as an optional choice on the document creation screen under "Add document recipients" section,
(ii) next to "Updated X minutes ago" in the top menu of the document, or…1 vote -

Add a Move button so after a document is completed it can be placed in a relevant folder without going to another web page.

Improve Workspace Loading
When you have over 20 workspaces, in this case hundreds, the loading time to search for one is longer than expected. It can take 20-30 seconds, sometimes longer. This use case has around 500.

Smart Content with "OR" conditional rule, when using variables
When using Smart Content with conditional rules, would like to have the ability to have another rules "OR" that I can combine with "IF" and "THEN".

Have the ability to send a reminder from the overview tab without needing to go to the Payments section.

Refresh table of contents when sending the document
when sending the document - display option to "refresh the table of contents"
similar to when you send a document with variables empty - you are notified.
Please either automatically "refresh table of contents" or prompt to notify asking if use would like to Refresh.

PandaDoc help menu from Salesforce
Once a document is created from Salesforce (iFrame) the help menu does not exist. It'd be helpful to have a help menu for a single pane of glass experience for the end user. This would also reduce incoming tickets to support as the chat menu would provide instant answers. Additionally, giving them access to the articles allows for a self service support environment.

Allow user role changes for more than one member at a time
Changing many users role is currently very tedious as each one must be changed individually and the page refreshes between each change. Allow users to select mutiple users and bulk edit their role.

The ability for user interface language set in PandaDoc will also reflect in PandaDoc email notifications.

Ability to filter or disabled integrations in the workflow creation process.
I don't use 99% of the integrations available in workflows. It would be very helpful if a filter tool on the left side of the "Create a workflow" screen allowed me to choose which integrations I want to see workflows for. That way, I don't have to search for exactly what I want. A crude UI/UX example is attached.

Label "Change Signer" to "Change Signer or Update Email"
If a recipient's email is typed incorrectly, having the ability to update the email address is a great feature that already exists. The label "Change Signer" could be more clear with the label "Change signer or update email".

Allow user role changes for invited users.
Currently we can't change the role of an invited user. If the incorrect role is selected we have to either wait for them to join the workspace and then change the role, or cancel the invitation and resent.
