misleading ads
In short PandaDoc didn't confirm that I would be charged when I clicked the button. It just said that I would need to upgrade. I felt kinda shady or unethical.

Add a PACKAGE between Essentials and Business.
Many businesses only need to capture binding signatures, tracking, and maybe templates (current or owned business templates).
Our type of business has no need for content library, forms, catalog, or any of the integrations.
A package with business branding, capture binding signatures, tracking, templates, and other basic features like the dashboard in between ESSENTIALS & BUSINESS around $25 would be a good package to promote.

Add logic after a document is completed
Be able to add custom logic after a regular (not embedded) document is completed. For example, count the number of users, who completed documents, created from the specific template (document completed event = +1 to the variable, which counts the number of users, who completed)

Report Revenue
Revenue generated is misleading (Total € for completed docs). It should not be on the SENT document column but in the completed!
Moreover we would like to see the OPEN Revenue, the COMPLETED Revenue and the difference (VIEWED).
There is also need of a report for all manually completed documents. Otherwise it is impossible to track them down since they do not appear in these reports.7 votes
