Export Contacts with Document List and Statuses

Highlight or mark documents in completed folder
In the Completed folder, there should be a way to highlight or mark which documents were already worked and which need follow-up. Too often I cannot remember where I left off and end up viewing the same documents over again.

Be able to search/add recipients by contact name instead of only email
When we are assigning signature blocks the searchability by name does NOT work. So we are having the issue of people typing in a name, assuming the contact does not exists, then adding in a new contact (which tends to be wrong) and sometimes that data being pushed into the contact list and editing our contacts.

The ability to delete and restore a folder of documents. Currently, a user will have to empty the folder to delete it. Documents can be restored but not document folders.
