  1. Customer needs the ability to use a drop down column on the quote builder step to pick the country code for the product that its being sold in. The country codes cant be manually added since this is something that needs to be one to one with what they are tracking in Salesforce on the opportunity product custom field. Having reps manually enter the country codes could potentially cause inconsistency across the platforms causing their product level reporting to be off.

  2. At the moment, the Quote Builder's "Section Subtotal" includes the line item's taxes in the calculation. The customer wants a subtotal that only includes the sum of the products' prices. Some of the products have different taxes each, so it's not possible to add them to the "Tax" tab below the Subtotal.

  3. Currently, when using the automation "Sending another document when PandaDoc document status changes", only the first document is attached to Pipedrive or in the CRM. But the second document should also be attached.

  5. I have 500 items, and each has a net price and a gross price. This is self-evident, and even if I have 5, 10, or 200 items in my offer/invoice, my customer sees the price column (net price) but not the total, which is important information for my customer in B2B business; we are only talking about net prices. However, the subtotal is always the gross amount; in my opinion, it is not possible otherwise in your offer/invoice. However, I additionally need the net total.

  8. We use PandaDoc with HubSpot. Current formatting requirements are very rigid. Would be very helpful and improve readability for our customers if quotes could have simple flexibility such as US date formatting option, forward slash or period for dates instead of strictly hyphens, and commas allowed for numbers.

    It would also be very helpful if a simple notification appeared in the UI when there is a sync error. We have had ongoing mysteries with our team that can take 30-45 minutes to track down sometimes because a simple value mismatch has occurred (e.g. a comma used in a number, date…

  9. When products are imported to the Catalog via CSV and the description contains hyperlinks, they are not hyperlinks after the upload. After adding the product to the pricing table, the hyperlinks are not saved.

  11. For our use case, we have a package of products if you commit to the 2 products, we give them a credit or rebate. While in the product catalog we are able to add a negative or set up a discount in table, but we like to use it as a product to explain the discount better than just a flat % or Dollar Value.

    It would be nice if we could have the rebate products in the product catalog that are negative dollar values do our sales team has these fixed credits available when they pick from the product…

  12. Pricing Table to less the line item discount per item quantity. Currently, when a recipient edits the quantity to more than 1, the line item discount is applied only once, not per quantity.

    For example:
    Price: $419 multiplied by Quantity: 1, less the Discount: $84 = Total: $335

    If the recipient adds more quantity, it becomes like this:
    Price: $419 multiplied by Quantity: 5, less the Discount: $84 = Total: $2,011

  14. Introduce a conditional logic setting within the pricing table that allows users to configure the visibility of the discount column dynamically. If a product has a discount, the column should appear automatically; if no discount is applied, the column should remain hidden.

    We wanted products that were from the 'Saas' family AND were part of our 'Care Delivery' product line.
    When we set up the if-then rule for both conditions, it was acting as an OR, not as an AND.

    Example rule:
    If the item contains the field "Product2.Family" and its value equals "Saas", add it to the "Pricing table, no section" section.
    If the item contains the field "ProductLine_c" and its value equals "Care delivery", add it to the "Pricing table, no section" section.
