  1. I would like that the integration Pandadoc - Hubspot could support the tiered prices of products from Hubspot. This means that with one product in Hubspot the unit prices changes based on the quantity you add as line item . Now Pandadoc doesn't recognize the prices of the products and its price in the Quote Builder is 0, when in reality it is not.

  4. With the launch of HubSpot's New Revenue hub features Pandadoc has become less of a conversation item

While the presentation of a pandadoc proposals that we are able to produce with it are superior to hubspot quotes , Pandadoc has become less of a conversation piece in our conversations with hubspot clients exploring Revenue Hub with hubspot as the current integration doesnt support the contracts Object leading to costly workarounds where it makes more sense to just use HubSpot quotes for those clients.

Suggestion: Add the contracts object to the list of supported objects from which one can interact with…

  9. I'd like the document reminders that I specify on my PandaDocs that are automatically sent to get logged back to the relevant records in HubSpot (deal, contact, company). I'm hoping that will show in the Emails and All Activity sections to give me a clearer picture of activity on my Deals.

  12. The current product library sync does not completely solve for how end users would actually need the feature to work. It only provides a one-time sync: when a new product is created from our HubSpot product catalog it syncs that new product to our PandaDoc product catalog, but does not sync ever again. In a live environment, product details, pricing, etc. are updated throughout the year, and when those existing products are modified in HubSpot, the changes do not reflect in PandaDoc.

  13. This is a common HubSpot ↔ PandaDoc limitation, where you can’t automatically pass a HubSpot “Rate Percentage %” line-item property into PandaDoc’s Quote Builder / Pricing Table as a percentage today—at least not directly.

  15. According to HubSpot, for the widget to appear in the Sales Workspace Deal Sidebar, PandaDoc needs to implement a UI Extension specifically for the location CRM.RECORD.SIDEBAR on the deals object.

Currently, we have to navigate away from the Sales Workspace to the full record view just to access PandaDoc, which disrupts our sales workflow.

  16. When multiple identical automations are enabled at the template level, there’s no indication of which specific stage or status each one affects. For example, if I need to update the automation that triggers when the status changes to “Approved,” how am I supposed to identify the right one? At the moment, the only option is to open each automation individually to see whether it’s the one I need.

  17. 2 way sync to to pass 2 product with the same SKU in Hubspot.

When two identical products (same SKU, name, and price) are added to the same quote section in PandaDoc CPQ, only one instance of the product is synced back to HubSpot. it would be great to have both line items to sync individually, as they appear separately in the PandaDoc quote builder.

  20. Currently, only standard currency fields in HubSpot provide both a raw value and a formatted version (e.g., $1,000.00). However, custom and calculated fields return only the raw numeric value without any formatting, which causes issues when pulling those values into integrations like PandaDoc — especially when a properly formatted currency display is needed. Enable custom and calculated properties of the currency field type to return both:
    value (e.g., 1000)
    formatted (e.g., $1,000.00)

This would allow seamless use in document generation tools (e.g., PandaDoc), without requiring manual formatting or workarounds.
