  1. We use HubSpot Enterprise and have a custom object called “Suites” that’s linked to Contacts (tenants) and Companies (properties).

    We need PandaDoc to pull data (tokens) from all three objects when creating documents — Contact, Company, and Suite — but right now it only supports two.

    Can you please request or enable:

    The ability to pull tokens from three associated HubSpot objects, and

    Support for syncing and using tokens from custom objects like our “Suites” object?

    This would help us generate complete lease documents directly from HubSpot.

  6. What I am asking for is the ability to do this rule mapping in bulk – such as an upload feature from a spreadsheet. I have many many rules I need to add to each pricing table. I want to be able to do this once – not for each individual rule.

  8. Currently the last modified date of the document is not changed when the doc is relinked to a different CRM object. And this is huge in our case because that way we are just losing to the to to the deal basically because since we are fetching only those documents on the daily basis which were last modified for the last previous day, we are not catching those that have been for some reason like switch to the different object and on our side in the analytics part, it creates a lot of the head edge.   9. When creating a document, we get to automatically populate fields by mapping the relevant hubspot properties.

    Hubspot now has support for 'Sensitive' and 'Highly Sensitive' properties which contain details like payment cards, government ID's etc. These properties are not available currently as tokens to be mapped into PandaDoc.

    It's a hassle, because everything comes over, and then we have to manually copy all the 'sensitive data'.

    In my search of a solution, Hubspot's documentation says that PandaDoc development needs to request access to these new sensitive and highly sensitive property 'Scopes' in order to allow mapping tokens to be used.

  10. Currently, the PandaDoc and HubSpot integration only functions at the Deal level. We need this to sync not only at the Deal level but also at the Contact level. For example, the automation currently only attaches the completed file if the document was sent through a Deal, but it does not work when sending documents from a Contact record.

  11. A user might have a "Full Address" field in PandaDoc, and they want to map this single field to different properties in HubSpot, such as "Street Address," "City," and "Postal Code." Currently, they would need to create multiple fields in PandaDoc for each specific property, which complicates the document creation process.

  14. HubSpot CPQ Conditional approval based the variable:
    want to offer a trial and we write that language into, the contract or whatever. And we have a variable for trial length if it's 30 days or less, no approval, if it's more than 30 days needs approval. We want that to be free for the rep to set as they're generating the quote.   15. Allow mapping to different HubSpot fields in pricing table:
    This is a major pain point for us. We can only use deal line items to populate Contracts and have to manually populate Sales Proposals because we can't use the same line item description for both documents. The description in the pricing table of contracts needs to meet legal requirements, whereas the description in the sales proposal needs to be easy to understand and not full of legal jargon.
    We have a double work load with every sale due to this restriction.

  16. The possibility to customize the wording when selecting the single-item or multiple-item option in the quote builder. Replacing "Select/Selected" by something else.
    That way the sender can let the recipient know what their "Suggestion" is etc.

  18. At the moment: Custom money variables will pass to the document without a currency symbol and formatting. - per the Help Center article Hubspot CRM.

    This request is in regards to allowing values '.00' to be passed with currency. For example, 250.00 will currently be passed as 250 - the client would like the value to come in as 250.00.

  19. Currently you can only map properties to HubSpot from templates. I'm making a template with a lot of conditional logic which requires me to create Content Library items as building blocks. I would really like to be able to map my questions in these building blocks to HubSpot properties.
