Bulk Update PandaDoc contract references for HubSpot Companies via CSV Import
Whenever Companies are merged in Hubspot, one of the records is set as Master Record and updated with all information, and all remaining duplicated records are deleted after that.
In this scenario, all contracts associated with those deleted company records have to be manually reassociated to the remaining and new master company record. If it's one or two, it's fine. The problem is when you duplicate Companies in Bulk, using tools like Insycle, and having to reassociate hundreds of company and contract records manually.
Insycle outputs a CSV report containing both the Old and New Hubspot ID for each company.…

Hubspot Integration: Multi locations - pull info from multiple companies for one document instead of multiple.
Right now if we have a customer who has 4 offices, we have to do 4 different documents. One for each location. It would be awesome if we could make one document with all of the info for the parent and child offices/companies.9 votes -

When we create a new pandadoc document from Hubspot, an iframe opens where we first have to select the signer on our side and the signer on client side. After selecting those we can select "Create document".

PandaDoc to automatically reattach the signed documents to the leads profiles upon switching to a different CRM. (for example: there are documents attached to the Hubspot leads, and those attachments are to be automatically transferred to the respective leads in the new CRM, for instance, Salesforce.)

Integrations | Using an alternative token in replacement when an original token's value is blank/unknown
We are currently using PandaDoc and HubSpot and we generate documents using their integration.
We are currently experiencing a bit of issue with the flexibility of this setup since we cannot program the templates on PandaDocs to use alternative HubSpot properties whenever the original one is blank.
For example, on letters, we would like to greet them with their [Preferred Name] however that field not always populated and instead of leaving it as blank, we would like to use [First Name] instead, and vise versa.
