Hi all!
I’m happy to announce that you can now edit an approval workflow at the document level, whenever a document is in draft status. This change could help you in case an original approver is unavailable to perform the action (maybe they’re on vacation) and you need to change the approver without disrupting the approval process. The ability to use discount from the total section of the pricing table to calculate tax after discount is subtracted.
At this time, you have to use line item discount so that tax is calculated appropriately for each item and the total tax for the table. Can we add the ability to use the discount from the total section of the pricing table to calculate tax appropriately for each line item instead?

Attached file Sender field. An option to attach a file to a document for a recipient to download, similar to how Collect Files Field works
An option to add in the forms a click to download a document.

Give an option whether to show or hide the left hand document sidebar
The way we are set up, I have to change the source document for every document I send. When bundling came in, this added an extra click even though we don't bundle docs.
With the most recent change, I now have to click on the "show documents" button EVERY SINGLE TIME I need to send a document for signing. They used to show by default. I contacted support and was told this was changed to "enhance the application". When I asked HOW it enhanced the application, I was told it was to "make it look more user-friendly". It might look…

The customer would like to be able to edit pricing table images from the catalog from within the document.

Ability for payable recipient to view Invoice prior to paying, generate invoice before payment
When there is a separate signer and payable contact, the payable contact receives the pop up to pay before they can fully review the invoices/documents. They then have to click the x to review and go to the Pay at the top to Pay. It would be helpful if it was a split screen where they could view the doc on one side with the ability to scroll through it keeping the payment fields visible on the other half to be completed at any time.

Improve intuitiveness for signer to forward a signed doc for payment
After signing a document to be paid within Panda Docs with Stripe integrations, provide option to forward along the top header in addition to PAY making it easier for the signer to either pay or forward to the correct individual that will be paying the invoice. Currently the 3 dots that need to be clicked to forward within Panda Docs is not intuitive and user friendly.

HubSpot merge rules: automatically create table section for each category specified in CRM
To avoid any products potentially not being pulled in from HubSpot in case there is no merge rule created for this product to be pulled into specific section. Option to create a rule: for each variation of “category “in the listed products, then the system creates a table section for each category and places the products from that category into that section? Including a section for products with no category.
