Trigger Approvals based on if a section is edited
Have the ability to say, "if this section (pricing table, text, page, etc.) is edited, then this document should go off for manager approval". The user should be warned when clicking into one of these sections that any edits will trigger an approval.

Improved connection to Square
As it stands, the integration with Square is virtually unusable. We're can collect payment on a document but we can't manage the payments unless we're using a built in invoice. A workaround for now would be when adding payment to a document, generate an invoice in square so that the payments can be managed from Square. Right now, the payment only shows in square when it gets paid.

[Workspaces] Sync or copy contacts from one workspace to another
Or maybe to have a contact setting which allows you to see it in a workspace (like with add ons). For example I have 3 workspace. I go to Contacts tab, open the contact record and see settings there "Workspace visibility" with the list of workspaces where this contact is available. I can hit the checkbox next to workspace and the contact becomes available in it. Also implement an ablity to enable visibility for a contact in bulk

The search bar is not user friendly
When needing to search for a specific document the search result options cover them, if you hit ESC or the "x" to dismiss the search results it clears the entire search. The drop down with the search results needs to dissappear after you click on "view all results" otherwise it makes seaching very frusterating and not helpful at all in finding documents.

Billing custom role/custom role permissions
Credit Card fields: values entered for the card number can only be unmasked by specific roles such as Admin…or a custom role like “Billing”. Currently, each person is at the very least is able to unmask that information if they are the author/owner of the document. We would like it so even the person who made the sale could not view that information as it is irrelevant to anyone outside of our billing department.
