  1. We use frontapp as our CRM tool. I would like for it to fire based upon a comment or tag being added. (frontapp is a layover for gmail but allows for notes to be taken about contacts, allows for other app integrations, and allows for commenting under email threads). It also turns these emails into tasks for staff. The goal is once the pandadoc is signed by all parties, details of when customers begin are added to our google sheets, and to our quickbooks along with the attachments they have provided.

  7. The actual question we have is if it's possible to generate a link to a document in the draft status, allowing the user to send that link directly to a recipient for e-signature instead of having the document sent through PandaDoc app.

  18. Similar to create and send by template automation. During our sales process, once client signs the proposal then we have another person on our staff to create an vendor RFP to source our vendors. I would love to be able to transfer the information from one doc to another and assign it to a team member to QC.

  19. It would be really useful to require one field or another to be completed, but not both.

    An example is on a W-9 we need to have the signer complete either the SSN or EIN fields. We cannot create logic that says "if SSN empty, require EIN" or "if EIN empty, require SSN", but in effect that is what is needed.
