  2. It will be useful if we can have more customizable smart content with the variables which can be automatically pulled on the document level as well as it's working with the templates or CRMs auto-population.
    It is quite difficult to use a template for a separate client if the custom variable value should be changed.

  5. "My Signature" tab should be available in the Free eSign plan where the uploaded signature in the Personal info settings appears under this tab to automatically input the signature in the document.

  6. When entering an email address incorrectly, the user should be able to make a change to the Contact in the Contacts area, and it should allow for that email address to correct for the Recipient in a live or open document. Currently, it does not make that change, which results in the user needing to a.) Add another recipient, changing signer status to the new recipient, and deleting the incorrect recipient, or b.) starting over with a new document if A fails, which it currently is with a bug in the system.

  7. This would enable the CSV file containing Deals of different departments which are part of one deal, their figures to be imported into other Apps to update their budgets.

  10. update a deal status in hubspot when using a bulk send (possibly with Zapier). So when a document from the bulk send is completed - update a deal status to completed.

    Thank you so much for reaching out – this is a great suggestion and we have had other customers asking about this feature as well. While we’re looking into the possibility of developing it, it isn’t on our product roadmap for the next few months.   19. Customer wants the ability to remove the recipient's name as the sender of the document in the email subject when they initiate a Form or the ability to turn off this notification so the recipient doesn't receive it entirely. Having the recipient's name there might cause confusion for their recipients and it could cause more work for them.

    Exact wording from customer:

    So, let's say our client, John Smith is sent the link to complete the Form. He clicks the link and fills in his information, email and name. He is then sent an email notification, "John Smith sent you…
