Delete pages from the App
The functionality of creating a document from a template is very good from the App, but it is not practical if you cannot do simple things like delete sections or pages, or include the value of the proposal. It would be great if you incorporated this kind of functionality.

Area Requirement: Make certain pages required to view/scroll through
Make an area of a document required so that as long as some fields are filled out, the others do not have to be. Rather than assigning specific fields as required/not required

Filter documents by created date
For example, be able to see only the documents, created within last 3 month (dashboard doesn't provide this ability. For example, today is April 6. If a document was created on March 27 but viewed on 5 April, it will be shown in the dashboard "1 week", despite the fact it was actually created earlier)

Make it easier to open documents in the actual PandaDoc app
I often find myself viewing a document through another application (e.g., opening an email link or using the Chrome extension from Gmail or Copper) and then needing to work on it in the PandaDoc application - but to do that, I have to open a new tab, login, and find the document. These extra steps are tedious (and can take awhile on weak internet connections), and it seems very unnecessary. Thanks for considering this!

Have an archive of everyone that email was delivered to, so they can be downloaded.

This would be extremely helpful for those that are sharing items from multiple workspaces that require signature.
Ex:
New hire completing documents for HR then IT.

Add a Suggestion Box
A 'Suggestion Box' would be easy way to receive customer feedback and concerns. I would have used this feature to let you know that I am not a fan of the 2.0 program version as it is not as user friendly as the one before....it's too must like a creator graphics program now and is cumbersome to work through. General sharing link for a proposal
I often find in a deal cycle several people within a company will want just general access to the proposal, without necessarily being the signer. It would be awesome to have some sort of "General Sharing Link" where they could have a button to assign the signer when ready (maybe even restricted to a certain domain?)
I generally prefer to share links, as it's typically easier to thread into an email conversation with multiple parties. I could also just be missing out on functionality that allows this- let me know if so!

Simplify Manual to Complete Status Change
Need to have a simple ‘manual complete’ the document feature, similar to 1.0 On 2.0 you have to be on the main company list of docs, find yours and then click on the 3 dots, then manually complete, download and then upload back into zoho. Too many steps that slow down the process. Should be easy, click manual complete, insert PO# and/or brief statement, and should automatically go into zoho. (similar to 1.0)
This is especially true if a client doesn’t complete the document using the online signature. It take more steps to complete manually on 2.0 than on 1.0…
