  5. Drift + PandaDoc

    PandaDoc + Drift.com would provide a huge value to customers.

    1. PandaDoc customers would receive notifications when prospects are viewing a proposal and answer questions directly within chat.

    2. Customers could be routed to the representative that sent the proposal.

    3. CRM would reflect both interactions providing teams with better insights on messaging.

  10. Non-editable text block in PDF uploaded via API

    Add ability to pass non-editable fields in PDF. This was documented before in https://developers.pandadoc.com/reference/new-document#create-document-from-pdf, as "text" type field in "PDF Field Tag Supported Types", but removed as it was not working. There's no other way to pass non-editable field via PDF upload, and that forces to use templates for such feature, which is inconvenient for end user.

  11. Ability to pull products from Insightly

    Insightly integration doesn't allow the customer to pull products (they have had to do their own API integration); was told by Insightly that it had to do with us still being on the old version of their API

    Hi. We aren’t planning on building this into our feature set at this point in time since it doesn’t fit into our current product roadmap. Please keep upvoting this idea so we can keep considering it every time we work on our roadmap.
