  1. Add or edit payment app settings for completed documents

    I have a new custome that completed the agreement and wants to pay by CC. How do I do that? I didn't add the payment app to the agreement. They originally wanted to pay by ACH draft and have changed their minds.

  11. Document Forwarding Help Text (Change forward button text and make it more visible)

    Customer needs some kind of help text for when a recipient needs to forward a document. When it gets to them, they do not really understand how to forward.

    Would be great to have help text or a walkthrough on the forwarding option (or just make it a little more visible) so its clear what to do on the recipient end.

    I use the PandaDoc integration in Pipedrive. Is there a way to delete draft contracts from pipedrive without having to log into panda doc and search for the draft?

  17. Format messages (new paragraphs, etc.) for documents sent via API

    While sending the document via API, it there a way to format the message? or is there a way to use a saved message? Currently we are not able to format it like adding newlines and as a result the email comes out to be a large blob of text.

  19. Custom columns are not hidden by default

    When a custom column is created in the pricing table via the API call, it is hidden by default and you have to make it visible by going to the "Add column" button -> Select column in the pricing table. The feature request is to get this custom column visible by default
