    Hi. We aren’t planning on building this into our feature set at this point in time since it doesn’t fit into our current product roadmap. Please keep upvoting this idea so we can keep considering it every time we work on our roadmap.

  5. Hi, I wish there should be a lock option or Hide option for the folder for the archived documents or templates, Users should not tend to pick up the old templates or documents when they create new documents.

  8. The customer would like to export data from the fields of a completed form document, import it into a predefined PDF, combine the data from their app with the PDF, and send it through the PandaDoc platform via API.

  11. We use the "Transfer data to" option to copy info from a quote to an invoice. We really need to reference the original quote number (for us, uses the Document Sequence Number & some HubSpot variables) to the invoice so the customer knows what quotation they are paying for with the invoice. It would be great to be able to define a "transferable element" as part of a template... i.e. be able to define within the template that if the document is created from a "Transfer data to" option, populate a variable using that info.

  13. We utilize PandaDoc for several workflows and have received feedback across the institution that users would like to be able to send a document back to the previous step, rather than only being able to reject it and having it only alert the initiator that it was rejected...and then the initiator having to resubmit it to go through the entire workflow again.

    For example, our department staff initiate a workday document that is the sent to the faculty member, our faculty fill out their workdays, and then send it on to the dean. If the dean identifies items that need…

  15. The ability to become notified when a recipient marks a specific field with a specific option.

    "For example, if there is a question in there that asks whether you give permission to communicate with them. Could I have it alert me when someone selects "No"?"

  17. We maintain a products list in a CRM, and use the API to create projects in that CRM when PandaDoc documents are signed. This requires maintaining a sync between the PandaDoc and CRM products list, which currently has to be done manually through csv import. REST access to the PandaDoc products list would enable us to maintain that sync automatically.

  18. We integrated with HubSpot and are moving to Line items. We would like variables available for line items. Not just the deal level. We need to key information in twice in the deal and on the line items, which is a double effort. If we move away from the deal information, we lose an important integration in our letters. It would be great if we could implement variables in line items.

  20. If a recipient chooses one specific field, such as initials one field on the document, then they would no longer be able to fill in other fields that are associated. Maybe the other fields would then be grayed out. Basically, they would have to choose between signing one field or the other field, and the one they do not choose will no longer be accessible. This can technically be done with radio buttons and drop-down, however, we would like to see this capability with other fields such as the initial field.
