  1. Make MS Dynamics automation work with a document created from the account object.

    We can create a note for a Quote/Opportunity in MS Dynamics when document activity happens, but we cannot do this for a document created from an account object.

  5. Would like to group users by location/region/team (sales/support/etc) and set permissions based on the grouping.
    For example: they have x locations and each location has sales, support, admin and other teams within that workspace.
    The workspace should allow a grouping assigned by user per team and prevent that team from viewing other teams' data.

    In this case, the user can be restricted to see only their items or all the items, not by group.
    Creating a workspace per team + per location and applying custom roles per location is not scalable.

  8. client wants to make suggestions t our standard agreement, we turn on suggest edits. Then we need to edit the document to make the signer not the VP but the CEO. Which is the manual part.

  12. Have document status as a standard filter when reporting on "Data" fields in document repository. We did not setup a field for document status, assuming this would be a filter, we added all the fields and data to each document, when pulling reporting, draft and cancelled documents are pulling in without a way to exclude these.

We use Pandadoc integrated with Dynamics 365 and when we send a quote to a customer and the customer wants another option of the quote and finally goes on with the new option, the pandadoc we sent for the first quote is still open and either has to be denied by the customer or the sales team internally. Please let us know if pandadoc can automatically close a pandadoc document when the associated quote is closed or revised. Also, we are using uploading PDF document into pandadoc to send the customer.
