  6. Currently, we have a limit of only being able to import 10 PDFs at a time (separate from bulk import). Clients would like to see this limit increased to support much more, ideally around 20 at a time.

  8. Ability to mask field tags on PDF documents populated via API.
    For example, a form where a signer enters their Social Security number. Mask the SSN number for security.

  10. HubSpot properties that are numbers formatted as percentages (%) currently appear in PandaDoc documents as decimals. It would be great to have them formatted as percentages, like the HubSpot formatting (i.e. 65% rather than 0.65).

  11. At the moment the only way to manually update the document status is to navigate out and view all documents, then locate the document you want to change the status for. This process is cumbersome and our users are not doing it - there needs to be the option to update the document status from within the document view for the sender. Often our clients never sign a document, as they are not allowed to, but they can provide a PO number, so changing the document status on our end is frequently required.

  13. Would like the ability to copy the information in the Quote Builder when duplicating a document. Currently, when duplicating a document, the quote builder is duplicated but reverts to the default products. In some cases, there can be 10 or more products that need to be manually added again to the quote. The "Transfer data to..." functionality also does not work in this use-case.

  15. I would be fantastic to have an Image Library where we could create folders containing different sorts of images. Just like the template library. This would be very helpfull in creating templates faster. For example client references within different markets of product images in different folders.

  16. We do not want a quickbooks invoice sent immediately. We'd like the invoice to be generated once a contract is signed. We need the opportunity to split an invoice and generate custom payment terms.

  19. I really like the approval workflow feature. One enhancement that would be incredibly useful is the ability to trigger approvals based on the document creator/sender/owner. This would allow teams to set up approvals specifically for documents created by new PandaDoc users, ensuring quality control without needing to review every document from more experienced users. Currently, the only workaround is to create separate templates for that subset of users and ensure they’re used, which can be cumbersome and less scalable.

  20. you can create custom fields in PandaDoc to include dropdowns for selecting project-related markets. This customization can be reflected in the proposal and transferred to QBO if mapped correctly
