Add Approval Workflow to Document In Draft Form (currently, can only do in a template)
Current process:
- Create a new template OR create a template from an existing document and then polish it up
- Create document
- Realize there is no approval workflow
- Convert to template
- Add workflow to template
- Create document
- Delete document that was originally created in Step 2
As long as it is in draft form, it seems like I should be able to add an Approval Flow regardless of it being a template or document.

Customer would like the members to be restricted in accessing a specific folder containing documents in their document tab.

Set (all) Field Defaults by Workspace
The ability to set default field settings from the Workspace level instead of the "individual" document level would help save time, especially with my larger documents where more fields are required.
For example, setting a default for "autofill with signing date" and requiring the "Text field" while also unchecking the "multiline text" box, are just two examples of how I'd like this feature to be used.

Ability to add contact details from Monday deal
Pandadoc X Monday.com
On Monday.com I am able to generate Pandadoc quotes from a deal in my CRM, however, as Pandadoc opens on top of Monday I would expect it to be able to pull information from the deal I have generated the doc from. This is not the case, therefore I have to double entry, as I have to add email, first name, last name to Pandadoc aswell aswell as in Monday.com. I have tried zapier for this, but had no success. Apply pricing table number of decimals to calculations also
At the moment the "Number of decimals" pricing table influences only the way the number are displayed. The user also wants to be able to use this setting for the way the number are calculated in the pricing table.

Similar to reporting of Forms responses in exportable format, can we also report on variable fields for Documents generated from a Template?

Ability to add links/modify notification message sent to recipients
For example, the recipient receives a service agreement included in the reply to them after they have signed the contract.
