Autofill Repeating Fields (Fields Mirroring / Variable and Field sync)
Fill Out Field Once & Auto-populate Across All Instances
Hi there đŸ‘‹
I'm excited to share that Linked Fields đŸ”— functionality has reached the General Availability release and is now available on all plans with no additional costs.
Linked Fields make it easier for your recipients to fill in required fields with repeated data. Once they enter the required information, they won’t need to re-enter it elsewhere — it will be replicated in all linked fields.
To link a field, start by selecting it, then choose "Copy and link field" in the Properties section on the right panel or in the floating panel. The linked field will have the same settings and field assignment. You can drag and drop the copied field wherever you’d like. Alternatively, you can link fields by copy-pasting or entering a field ID value from one field to another.

If you have any feedback or suggestions regarding this functionality, please message me back.

Yes, please implement this. I would have assumed this would already be a feature.
I assume it would be relatively straight forward as we could just enter the same "FIELD ID" for the specific field we need replicating throughout the document.

Please add this capability. :)

Yes please, Docusign PowerForms have this feature just by repeating the same Field ID on a different field. It does make a big difference when filling up long forms like when purchasing a car, home or a remodeling contract.

This is table stakes for Adobe Pro PDF, not sure why this was never implemented or thought of, and is still pending to be done. It's a very poor user experience to have to key in the same information. Please get on this ASAP. Thank you.

Ability to Copy Customer Signatures, so they sign just once and get copied to the later pages if needed, without having to sign again.

For example, the assigned person manually enters information into one field but it replicates into others on the same document and even multiple pages.

The ability to link fields, or pass the field entry to a variable to be used later would be amazing!

If there are a few identical fields in the document - have an option to populate all same fields once the info is provided once

If I assigned a fillable text field to a customer and gave it a name, say "Contact Name", I want the ability to link that property to other properties in my document so the customer only has to complete the "Contact Name" field one time. Once they complete it, the information they entered should appear in every "linked" field.

clone fields like in adobe sign. when someone fills in the name in the above field it automatically goes to the beneath one too
-
change variable according to the information inserted in the field by a recipient

Ability that allows recipients to fill in a field once and have it auto fill on other fields.

Instead of boxes triggering auto fill can we do it for other variations as well

Allow client to sign one field and the duplicate fields will automatically fill too.
