This is a must. we get around it now by adding +1 just before the @ symbol. but this sometimes causes spam filters to quarantine the message so it makes delivery unreliable.

THIS NEEDS TO BE MENTIONED ON THE WEBSITE OR ITS A SCAM. docusing, hellosign and every other software signature platform allows you to use 1 email address for 2 clients. this is absuletly ridiculously that panda docs charges the same price but has this crucial feature missing!!!!! I've been reviewing software options and this issue is critical enough to make me choose docusign over Panda Doc. Most of my tax clients share an email so for signing of documents in my business this is not negotiable.

Customer StephanieF@thirahealth.com is in great need of ability to have two people assigned to same email address. They have several patient forms they use and this is a common occurrence. They mentioned that this was possible in DocuSign. Highly needed within PandaDoc

Weirdly enough, it also seems as if we cannot even have let's say 3 signers from 3 different email addresses, the moment you add the first recipient he/she becomes the signer by default, and it's not possible to add other signers within the same document, they can only be put in CC. I would need the possibility to at least decide if a recipient should or shouldn't be a signer of the document sent to all recipients at the same time.

Critical. We have multiple clients (couples) who share personal email addresses. PandaDocs needs an option to identify recipients via name (unique) and actual signature.

Same here, need something like this for our clients with no email address, but can get access help from a caregiver or family member.

Slows down the sales process for our team to have to assign form fields to a specific user. The best option would be to allow "Any External Party" for form fields.

This is a critical feature when multiple signatures are needed from minors and guardians. And also if the form is embedded in a website - we cannot send it to 2 recipients.

I have several married clients with a joint email address. This platform does not allow for both parties to sign is they share the same email address. Thank you for the consideration.
