Ability to make the number bullet sequence work in a static template/document

For example there are 2 blocks of the text. In the text block #1 there's a text which ends with the numbered list 1-7. After the text block #1 there's an image block. And after the image block there's a text block #2 with numbered list. The feature request it to be to start numbered list not only with 1, but with 8 (continue the previous numbered list)

Client would like to be able to insert a Page Break within a long text block without changing the formatting within the text block. When breaking up the block now into multiple blocks numbered formatting starts from "1" again instead of the previous number from the block obove

Improve the ability for auto-numbering of document content. For example: contracts with several clauses and sections. The numbering is hard to maintain because if the document is edited, the auto-numbering doesn't update the sequence.
