At the moment the only way to manually update the document status is to navigate out and view all documents, then locate the document you want to change the status for. This process is cumbersome and our users are not doing it - there needs to be the option to update the document status from within the document view for the sender. Often our clients never sign a document, as they are not allowed to, but they can provide a PO number, so changing the document status on our end is frequently required.

It would be a time-saver if we could decline a document from the sender/build view of the document itself.

Currently, when a client indicates via email or phone they don't want to move forward, we're required to navigate away from the current document we have open, to the Documents view, to search for the document, and then mark it declined.

Would like ability to change the status of the document to COMPLETED within the Document instead of having the only option to do that from the Home page.

Having that functionality inside the document would be great where you could move it from sent to view to complete to decline.

It is next to impossible to manage the change document status in the document view with the current search function. If you have to search for the document, it makes you open it and you cannot make the changes.

We should be able to change the status of a document both while in the document itself, as well as, while viewing in the dashboard. This was an option in Classic editor, but not in 2.0. It makes no sense. Why do I have to perform 4 different tasks to change status while I'm in the the document. For example, I have to select the documents tab, search for the document, click the 3 buttons and then chose change status. Complete waste of time, when I'm already in the document! Please change this, please.

I want an option to change document status inside the very document and not having to go to the documents list. This was possible in Editor 1.0 and no longer with Editor 2.0
