Automatically organize documents to folders: create trigger to move completed docs to specific folder
In PandaDoc API - A way to create a trigger where when a document completes is automatically moves that completed document into a specific folder under their documents

Thank you for taking the time to leave your request. We have great news – we've recently released some automation recipes, including moving sent or completed documents to a selected PandaDoc folder.
Automations are template-based — so, once you set up an automation within your template, all new documents created from this template will inherit the setup.
This automation is available for Business and Enterprise plans.

Need the ability to do a basic sorting automation where documents can be sorted into folders by status (sent / completed / expired / declined). We use a lot of templates, and having to create an automation for each template is excessive and redundant.

The same idea as @Marissa McGuirk sends the document starting with the name "La Jolla .... "goes to the "La Jolla" folder" automatically

It would be great to be able to change the status of a document, and then have that document automatically be moved to a new folder to keep things organized.

We use a lot of templates. All of the new agreements end up in the Documents folder and we have to go back later to organize the docs in different folders to stay organized. It'd be great to specify a document folder the new agreement should live inside of upon sending the agreement. Also, it'd be great if templates could have a folder option where docs created with that template will land in a pre-set folder.

For example if a folder is named "Discount, then automatically store documents tagged with "Discount" in it.

Would like to have ability to apply logic... that if a user creates a document, for the document to be automatically moved to a folder either in create status, sent status, viewed status, and completed... Under user name or "x" folder title.
Ex. 12 users - each have their own folder so not to create data clutter within template space or document space. -

Signed documents from a template (e.g. merged HubSpot data into a PandaDoc template, document created and signed) need to be able to be automatically filed to a folder.
Eg if the template is for client contracts, they should automatically go into that documents folder.
If the template is for personnel contractors, they should automatically go into that doc folder. Having all docs together automatically is a giant pain and makes the product unusable as we grow. -

save document location on per template basis - i.e. if create document from NDA template that's in NDA folder, want PD to recognize that it should save in NDA doc folder

Would like the ability to have a folder automatically created for a bulk send where all completed docs would automatically assign to the folder once completed, and the customer would have the ability to bulk download all the documents within that bulk send folder in one single bulk download.
