We need this synced on not just on the Deal level but also for Contacts as well! Currently the automation integration only attaches the completed file if the document was sent through a Deal but it does not work if we want to send documents from a Contact record.

Allow workflows to be not just triggered by a Pandadoc action, but actions themselves. So for example, if I have a deal go to closed won, that should then create an action to create a Pandadoc contract, using template X, to the customer. All the fields should populate based on the deal information.

This is crucial for us. Our guys are getting tired of double entry and doing things twice in two systems. At the very least, when a document changes status in PandaDoc, we should automatically be able to update the deal. Also, The document total should be linked to the deal amount.

At the moment we have a duplication of work.

We have to add the products to the pricing table in PandaDoc (because if we pull them through from HubSpot, the cost doesn't come through).

Agreed. We've asked for this in the sense of this other idea request linked below which is using zapier to pass the radio selects or checkbox data back to Hubspot (via Zapier). But agreed a native integration would be better for us, just more limited in scope platform wide.
