Alerts to Sender when Document is not Viewed/Signed
Would like a feature where senders are alerted if customers have not viewed their PandaDoc emails within a certain time frame.

It would be helpful if we could be notified when a recipient of a document (proposal) does not open an email within a few days of receiving it. Right now, we have to manually check it. I am using the reminder setting at the 5 day mark, but I would like to get an email so I can send a reminder from my inbox.

This is something we absolutely NEED! Seeing this request has been sitting out there since 2020 is disheartening. It is very easy to lose track of agreements that have been sent when there is no activity on them. In other signing programs, there are options to get email notifications when documents have not been viewed after 2 hours/1 day etc and also interval emails when they were viewed but not signed. Please add this as an option asap!

The customer would like to have the option to send a reminder to themselves as well as one to the recipient.

If the document remains untouched, unviewed by recipients for a certain number of days, it will notify the sales rep to follow up. This is regardless if the doc has auto reminder/expiration. The notification is more for the sales rep to be alerted and make CTA for their signers.
