Is there an eta for launching this quarter?

My @aol.com email has MFA. How is it that the service we're considering for HR doesn't offer this feature?

This is CRITICAL for SOCII compliance. Must have.

Absolutely essential, especially considering the nature of the documents hosted on the platform. Unfortunately, I may have to consider an alternative if it remains unfound, which would be a shame as I love PandaDocs.

This is a critical feature. Please prioritize this as we are dealing with very sensitive information in our documents.

All cloud based apps should now have 2FA by default. I am not sure if my organization is going to be able to proceed with pandadoc due to this feature not being available.

MFA/2FA for user logins is critical for us to be able to expand our use of PandaDoc. We have brought this up with our CSM and Account Manager at every quarterly business review for over a year, but we have not heard any progression towards MFA/2FA.

Very concerning in this day and age to not be prioritising 2FA to secure sensitive data

ABSOLUTELY imperative we have this for security. We will have to consider moving from PandaDoc if not provided.

We need MFA/2FA rolled out to our account asap, it is a security requitement for our company to have this setup. If it's not enabled, we will be forced to look at other solutions. I can see that this has been requested a number of times and everyone is saying that it is critical to their company for 2 years, yet this still hasn't been enabled. What is taking so long to add a basic security feature?

This is our only key application that has no MFA. C'mon Pandadoc!
Taking such a weak approach to the security of our data isn't a good look.

Just in case anyone didn't notice this, this suggestion was first submitted 07/7/2021. It was then marked as "In Development" by a PandaDoc admin on 9/6/2022 (1 year and 2 months later) and then after three months of being "In Development" PandaDoc has chosen to ignore their community (and general Information security standards) by moving the suggestion back to "Idea" status.

This an absolute must, I am a little shocked it has not been implemented yet.

How is this feature not considered mission critical!?!?!
Two years ago this was brought to your attention and the official response is "go vote for it".

Why should the community justify you implementing best practices?

I would expect your team to realize you messed up in not adding this.

Adding yet another voice to this. PandaDoc team, lack of true 2FA / MFA is a huge security concern—this should be taken very seriously and made a top priority.

I just spoke with support. They told me to vote it up. The community has wanted this for two years, and nothing. I will not be able to risk using this platform in the coming weeks. You lost a customer Pandadoc.

How can PandaDoc have the certifications you have without 2FA?

My customer will churn next year-- 100% certain-- if 2FA is not released before his renewal.

This should be legally required to call yourself HIPAA compliant.
