Signing Group: Ability to assign fields to a group of recipients: option to assign two people to one field
Signing Group functionality similar what DocuSign has. Basically they have departments, for example Financial Aid (they are in eduction), and anyone in the department can sign off on the document. So similar to our Approval Groups, they want to assign a group of people to the signature field so that whomever sees it first can sign it.
Hey there! We have an exciting update – now everyone on the Enterprise plan can use recipient groups. It's super easy! Just check the help center for all the details.
And hey, if you're on a Business plan and want to give it a try, simply reply to this message.

Ability to add multiple signers for one signature. If one of them signs, regardless of who it is, the doc is completed

I wish I could create a doc with 2 signatures but have only 1 signer completed all required fields without allocating them, so one signer can complete fields, then both sign

Possibility to have multiple people assigned to the same role to be able to sign the document. In the client's use case, there are 3 managers, any of which can sign for the manager role.

Please allow for the assignment of a field to be completed by more than one role. Sometimes, we have minors and guardians that need to complete a document - and sometimes one has more information than the other.

We often come across situations where a client wants the documents sent to the spouse as well so either could complete the paperwork. Making the fields to where either can fill them out would be extremely helpful!

Be able to create recipient groups. Some clients send contracts to the same group of people every time. Rather than having to add recipients one by one, this would allow for them to create a recipient group before hand, and select that group upon sending.

Example: signing order is enabled. The doc is sent out and signed by the recipient. Then the docs comes back to the sender, and the sender needs anyone within their account to be able to sign this document

It is great that you can put a signing order for individuals, but on my documents I often have individuals sign first for e.g. approval of a certain step and later after some other signatures by other individuals again e.g. for close-out. It would be great if the signing order could be tied to fields too.

Ability to (manually) accept 1 of 2 signatures and receive a certificate for the one. This can even state that the original had two signatures and only one signed officially.

Possibility to add a couple of recipients as the first/second/third one to receive a document. For example:
1 person first
then to 5 persons
then to 3 persons -
