Hi. We aren’t planning on building this into our feature set at this point in time since it doesn’t fit into our current product roadmap. Please keep upvoting this idea so we can keep considering it every time we work on our roadmap.

For compliance and security reasons, be able to configure the length of time after which a document is automatically deleted (moved to the trash).
This would enable compliance with GDPR or similar regulations that require data to be deleted after a certain time. -

I use forms to collect sensitive information. A form setting that would automatically delete the form after a set number of days would be EXTREMELY beneficial to my data security.

Set a time period for contacts to be automatically removed after being used. Saves manually deleting contacts that are only being used once.

Set retention for a set amount of time and automatically delete from systems after. This is to reduce liability and exposure to cloud platforms for customers with sensitive on-prem storage needs or customers that have automatic storage of completed documents in more secure systems.
