    We aren’t planning on building this into our feature set at this point in time since it doesn’t fit into our current product roadmap. Please keep upvoting this idea so we can keep considering it every time we work on our roadmap.

    Set retention for a set amount of time and automatically delete from systems after. This is to reduce liability and exposure to cloud platforms for customers with sensitive on-prem storage needs or customers that have automatic storage of completed documents in more secure systems. Like Docusign's feature https://support.docusign.com/en/articles/Document-Retention-Envelope-Purge-What-you-should-know-before-using-these-features

    Multi-selecting fields to move, assign or delete them is now available, while copying and pasting multiple fields is currently on early access - It will be available in one of our upcoming releases. We will be communicating it through our product newsletter, via an alert inside PandaDoc, and here in our idea portal.
