We need to be able to change the message. We're using forms for questionnaires during the onboarding process, saying "Enter your contact information to start the signing process" is confusing and makes it sound like they're entering a contract, not taking a survey.

Please allow customization in the form verification as well as the form notification through email upon completion

We should be able to decide what fields and information we want to capture here. It shouldnt only be limited to the First Name, Last Name & Email. I should also be able to capture their company name or other fields. Being able to customize the pop-up message is very important here because not every document that is shared publicly is asking for this to happen => "Enter your contact information to start the signing process." I should be able to change this to say, "Enter your contact information to view this document." Everyone uses forms for something different.

Added my vote to this after raising it with support as well. As others have mentioned. The ability to customise (*or remove) the initial pop up would be beneficial as I think it instantly puts off people from completing our form.

We're using a form to allow prospective clients to complete an animation brief template form to allow us to gain enquiries and provide the user with a downloadable PDf, which is helpful for them as well. Using the words 'signing process' or similar imply they need to sign it or that it is somehow going to be legally binding.

This is critical for us because "signing process" implies some sort of legal obligation and we want to use this for exploratory quote requests. This text can scare off potential customers.

Make it so that you can directly edit the text of the pop up that appears when a form is opened by the recipient.
