Hi. We aren’t planning on building this into our feature set at this point in time since it doesn’t fit into our current product roadmap. Please keep upvoting this idea so we can keep considering it every time we work on our roadmap.

Workaround: You can send yourself a link to the form, fill out the initial prompt to gain access to the form. You do not need to fill in the rest of the form. Then you can navigate back into your PandaDoc account and find the document that was just created, it will be in sent status, select Actions at the top of the screen, and select Edit document from the drop-down. You can then remove the variables that were filled in. You can then download that as a PDF.

Why would you be able to download a template and a document .....but not a form? there are times when our team does not have internet access....but we want to maintain the consistency of the process. we need to be able to download if needed.

This was something we really wanted to be able to do ourselves. We had hoped we could edit the email button to say download document but that doesn't seem to be the case. It would need the download action as well.
