In-person signing without email
In-person signing without email - for the senior care facilities where those signing do not have an email address
Hi there 👋
I'm happy to inform you that we've introduced the ability to sign documents in person, even if the recipient doesn't have an email address. The host's name and email will now be displayed alongside the in-person signer's information in the signing certificate.
If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out.

Hello,
Can you let me know more about this process? I need to do something similar in order to obtain two signatures from 1 shared family email address. Thank you.

Desperately need this! Our elderly and Disabled individuals that do not have email access were able to have a 'HOST' with an email assist them with the signing process. I hate to say it, but this was one thing we LOVED about DocuSign and is very critical to our operation.

We are looking to use this in remote jury trials across the state of Arizona and would like our jurors to be able to sign our verdict forms without having to provide us with an email address. The verdict form would not be sent to the jurors so a copy is not needed/nor do we want them to have an official copy of the record.

When a required signer does not have an email address provide alternative ways to identify the singer. Ideas could be a phone number or physical address. This problem occurs often when working with elderly population or with couples who share an email address.

Customer feedback, "We have a golf cart rental agreement for our vacation rental that we'd like to send to the main renter, and have them send it to any others that would like to drive the cart (without us collecting all their emails)."
