End users can not re-start a form if there’s an existing open document for that form.
Ability to restrict access to form for one e-mail to only once: In the case that a customer forgets that they have already filled out the Form and fills it out again, can we provide some kind of message to show to the customer that the email has already been used to fill out a Form entry?

Hi. We aren’t planning on building this into our feature set at this point in time since it doesn’t fit into our current product roadmap. Please keep upvoting this idea so we can keep considering it every time we work on our roadmap.

Could not agree more with Margarida.
Experiencing the same.
Do not know of any other site where users can register more than once using the same email.
If we cannot fix, we will have to look at returning to Docusign which would be a shame as we like Panda a lot. -

Some end users do not realize that they have already completed or started a form: this causes duplication of docs (which clients are paying for besides making it confusing for them to manage completed docs) as well as for end users that keep receiving reminders for opened forms, even if they have completed one already. It would help if at least end users were advised that they have already started a form.

Add feature to set form preferences to allow only one response per unique email address. Have a feature to prevent clients from inadvertently starting more than one instance of the same form. Or, if multiple instances of the form have been generated, PandaDoc should be able to purge duplicate instances once one has been completed. Currently, even if one of the forms has been completed, PandaDoc continues to send reminders because of the duplicate forms generated.

End users can not re-start a form if there’s an existing open document for that form. DocuSign HAS THIS ABILITY already---it forces some of our Forms users to leave us b/c it prevents charging for a Form that was never completed or users starting same Form over and over.
