Mandate Recipient passcode verification
Mandate recipient passcode verification so that we don't have to tick this setting everytime we create a document. "I have this ticked in the workspace settings. But when a document is created, we still need to go in and tick this setting. "

It is preferable that this is not a 'user choice' when it is a 'business directive'. Better to take it off 'unimportant' documents than have every remember to do the extra task on vital documents.
