PandaDoc actually provides a consent step during the signing process.
see the following related idea, that would allow for some sort of customization of the consent wording:

To stay compliant with ESIGN/UETA --- PandaDoc displays all of the consumer consent content when capturing the electronic Signatures. However the content is hard-coded and defined by PD. Allow the user to define and system-wide setting that contains the content and then display during the Signature Capture process. Also, log the current wording text in the Audit Trail (in case it changes over time).
