We auto attach a copy of completed contracts to the deal in HubSpot. The automation is created based on the template. We have many, many contract templates to cater for special conditions, locations and products. I have to manually create an automation for each template - literally just selecting the status and the template name.
It would be much easier to manage if all templates could be selected on one automation. -
Can only select one template at a time (have a customer who uses over 180-200 templates (workflows). Will add a video clip example from the call once it's available!
