Dropdown functionality under Content Blocks
Currently, there are limited options under Content Blocks, such as Text field, table, and pricing table. The issue that we are facing is that the document creator has too much flexibility to enter what they want in a text block. It would be very beneficial when they could select an option from a dropdown menu, which has been set up at template level. This also prevents issues with triggering smart content items based on the rules due to typos.

Have document separated in pages by default
Option to create documents in page layout view instead of one long doc: Pandadoc seems to favour creating one long doc, like a webpage - I know you can add page breaks but it would be good to just have the option to work in a page layout view, like you would in google docs or something - the 'add page break' feature is a bit annoying, if I only intend to create a proposal or contract as a PDF, why not let me design it as such with pre-payout out pages.
Thanks

Include a Version Number in the Document Sequence Number
Regularly we have to update a proposal to a customer who requested a change. The changed document does not reflect it is a new version to the customer. Expand the ability of versioning to include a manual full version change from 1 to 2, 2 to 3. Then include this in the Document Sequence number as v1, v2, v3. This will provide a very clear indication of a version change to the document

Annotated images
It is sometimes important to be able to highlight specific elements within a single image. The ability to add a pointer (numbered), that corresponds with a list that details each numbered pointer would be very valuable.
The attached image would demonstrate a method of doing this.

Restrict ability to add blocks/new content to a document
Need a way of restricting a user’s ability to add blocks at document level. We want them to be able to add variables and fields, but they should not be able to add content to a document from their side.

Save payment information while duplicating a document
When duplicating a document, to preserve the information (payment data).
It would be helpful to have a toggle to allow the payment data to transfer to the new document when duplicating it.
example: A completed agreement for an event with the number of guests, deposit, and date.
Then the client needs to update the number of seats where the deposit needs to be updated; when duplicating the document, the deposit amount could be updated while maintaining payment data.4 votes -
