  4. Need to have a simple ‘manual complete’ the document feature, similar to 1.0 On 2.0 you have to be on the main company list of docs, find yours and then click on the 3 dots, then manually complete, download and then upload back into zoho. Too many steps that slow down the process. Should be easy, click manual complete, insert PO# and/or brief statement, and should automatically go into zoho. (similar to 1.0)

    This is especially true if a client doesn’t complete the document using the online signature. It take more steps to complete manually on 2.0 than on 1.0…

  7. When needing to search for a specific document the search result options cover them, if you hit ESC or the "x" to dismiss the search results it clears the entire search. The drop down with the search results needs to dissappear after you click on "view all results" otherwise it makes seaching very frusterating and not helpful at all in finding documents.

  15. Please bring back the timeline on the homepage or offer it as an option for those that want it . The small window now offered is not as easy to scroll through. It was much more visually appealing and easier to quickly assess the most recent activities when permanently on the left side of the home screen. I do not like the new interface at all.

  17. Panda has taken away the functionality to send more than one reminder within 24h. This is affecting our business. It happens a lot that the emails sent via the Pandadocs space, lands in a client's spam box. When we send a reminder, the reminder will go to the client's inbox. Sending more than 1 reminder within 24h therefore assists us in getting agreements signed and we have never had any complaints from our clients with the reminders. Panda customers should be able to set their own limits for reminders.

  18. When a user leaves the organization and is removed from the PandaDoc workspace, their name remains as the sender on all previously sent documents. This creates confusion for clients, especially when trying to access or reference older documents sent by former employees. Have the ability to reassign the sender or update the sender information on previously sent or completed documents without impacting the document’s status.
