  1. When the documents are completed, the title of the email received by all parties is (Pandadoc) signed copy of etc…
    Can we change this title and have a generic title instead? Something like “welcome to Holmes Place”?

Currently, for a user completing a form, they will automatically receive 2 email notifications: 1 for that they've completed the form (but the language is confusing) and 1 when the form is complete. These messages are confusing to an end user who has the experience of completing a form and does not expect any further action.

    Could notifications be turned on or off in by User? Where the roles are defined, could there be an additional choice to have them select email notifications when 1. Their part is complete 2. When the document is completed by all?

  18. It would be great to be able set up a personalised message for each client about their upcoming renewal in a similar way to the message that you can set up when you send a document. It would make the customer's comms and experience better and encourage a renewal action.
