Allow sorting of folders and documents within folders A-Z
Be able to sort folders and documents within folders A-Z. Like Windows Explorer. When you get a long list of customer project, it becomes cumbersome and inefficient to find what you need. Should be able to click in the column header to sort, Best would be to have both the folder/document title, date created. So people can readily find either by name or by newest or oldest. Very surprised PandaDoc does not have this, it's such standard software functionality. Feels like some program barely out of it's first beta, to be honest.

Search Bar to be in the Default Document View
Suggestion to make the search bar appear in the default view to avoid having to click search every time, just to then have to re-navigate to the search back to enter the search parameters. This would streamline the search process and save extra navigation steps.

User Analytics Report
The user analytics page should include the capability to customize additional columns around user accounts, such as create date, last login date, and last document creation date.
The "User Usage Analytics" Screen should allow the ability to see all users in the tenant, not just ones with an action associated (i.e. if they've never created, sent, modified, etc., When I click the "Save Report" button nothing happens; should download the screen as a report that shows aggregate vs having to export all the data and try to use a pivot table for something so simple.

UI / UX Update Is not Easy to Use
Document Editing has become miserable in the new update. Not easy to find all of the buttons.
How do I reassign signing privileges to another individual without deleting the previous signer off?
Roll back to the old PandaDoc UI / UX because this update is trash.

Better word DOCX elements like checkbox rendering and support
The checkbox in word document cannot be shown as checked when docx is imported in PandaDoc. As the selection of word document will affect the signature, it would be great if an enhancement of word editing can be made.

We would like to request the implementation of proactive expiration notifications for Microsoft OAuth client secrets connected to PandaDoc business email settings. Specifically:
Advance Warning Emails — Notify the account owner and/or admin via email when a connected Microsoft client secret is approaching its expiration date (e.g., 30 days, 14 days, and 7 days before expiration).
In-App Notification — Surface a warning banner or notification within Settings > Business Email when the connected token is nearing expiration.

Variables in document name should resolve in system-generated notification emails
When a document is sent to a recipient, PandaDoc automatically generates a notification email that includes the line "[Sender] sent you [Document Name]." This line pulls the document title directly and cannot be edited or customized.
When the document title contains a variable (e.g. [Client.Company] Agreement), the variable appears as a raw, unresolved token in the recipient's email notification instead of the actual value. This looks unprofessional to recipients and undermines the purpose of using template-level variables for standardized document naming conventions.

BRING BACK CHAT!
We need to see the audit trail while working inside a document in draft status. Currently, all we can see is the audit trail after it's been approved (WHY?). The only other way I see where the audit trail will appear is if you click on the three dots on the all documents screen, which means we would have to close out of the draft to go back to see comments that we used to see in the chat section. Move the "Ask AI" button from the bottom right corner to another location on the screen.
The current location of the new "Ask AI" button is currently locked to the bottom right corner of the screen. It covers the down arrow on lists and makes it difficult for me to scroll down a list slowly. While I do like the new "Ask AI" feature, it would be better in a different location on the screen, perhaps on the bottom left instead.

Page Centering
Can you please add a function that allows users to center objects on the page or always have the center alignment line populate?
When working on a page with multiple content boxes it is nearly impossible to drag a new object (text box) to the actual center of a page due to PandaDoc using grid-based relative layout where it prioritizes alignment to different boxes rather than the actual center of the page.
